At all times, students should be dressed such that they can go outside.  If students are dressed appropriately, they can go outside if it is snowing, cold or raining mildly. 

It is important for students to go outside and get some exercise and fresh air after being in school all day long.  However, some conditions do make it impossible for students to go outside, even for short periods. 

If it is raining hard or if the weather is colder than -20 degrees Celsius, students will remain indoors.
