Please be present to meet your child at their stop when they are being dropped off.
Drivers will not leave Kindergarten children unattended at stops and will return with them to the school.
Your assistance in making bussing at our school a safe and
happy experience is greatly appreciated.
Safety
Students who must cross the road should wait until the bus has stopped
and activated its stop arm and flashing lights. When the oncoming
traffic has stopped, students should look both ways for the driver's
signal before stepping onto the road. When getting off the bus, students
should walk at least ten steps in front of the bus, look both
ways and wait for the driver's signal before proceeding in front of
the bus to cross the road. It is important that they cross with the
protection of the stop arm and signals instead of waiting for the bus to
pass.
